Add options and let a colorful browser-based wheel make the choice.
A wheel is most useful when everyone can see the options before the spin. Add one clear choice per line, remove accidental duplicates, and check whether the winner should stay available for the next round.
One copy of every option gives each sector the same chance. Duplicate entries are not ignored: two identical entries occupy two sectors and therefore receive twice the chance of a single entry. That can be useful for weighted drawings, but it should be a deliberate choice.
The option list and wheel preferences are saved locally on the current device. No account is required. If you switch browsers, clear site data, or use private mode, prepare the list again before the next drawing.
Each visible sector has the same chance of reaching the pointer. Repeating an option creates another sector, so that option becomes more likely to win.
